Our Story
The name Délisse comes from the renowned Marché des Lices food market in Brittany where Mathieu, Délisse's founder, grew up. After falling in love with Australia, Mathieu dreamt of sharing his love of everyday simple French food on-the-go with everyone. The first Délisse opened in 2013 and, since then, our mission has been simple. To share the experience of French food with everyone, everywhere! Delisse caters for breakfast and lunch, as well as all those in between moments with ‘grab & go’ snacks, pastries and cakes for anytime of the day!
