The Sandwich is traditionally made in front of your eyes, with a raclette device imported from Switzerland. First, the cheese is warmed up and when it starts melting, it is scrubbed down directly into the bread.
This Raclette cheese we use is traditionally produced by Heidi Farm, a native Swiss Fram in Tasmania.
At Délisse, we always focus on quality, authenticity and tradition.
Similarly, the prosciutto comes from San Daniele, in Italy and is of the best quality you can find.
The salami is Italian style made in Australia.
